Returns & Exchanges
Returns are gladly accepted within seven (7) days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, all item(s) must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories (case, unused cleaning cloth, authenticity cards, plastic packaging, paperwork, etc.).
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Manual Returns
If you need assistance, please email gabrielle@designerdaydream.com with your order number and/or the name on the order. Please allow for up to 2 business days for a return label to be issued.
A prepaid return shipping label will be sent within 2 business days.
Please note: $9.95 will be deducted from all domestic refunds to cover return shipping.
Important Return Policy Notes

International orders (outside the United States) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Express shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted if applicable.

Return requests submitted after seven (7) days from delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Returns are not accepted after thirty (30) days from delivery.

Items returned in used condition or missing original accessories may be subject to a partial refund (beginning at a 20% restocking fee) or may be refused at our discretion.
Return Shipping Requirements

Return packages must be scanned by USPS within seven (7) days of the label being issued.

Orders containing three (3) or more items being returned will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Items scanned after seven (7) days will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Returns must be shipped in a box to ensure proper protection. Polymailers are not accepted.

No return slip is required — please include only the return label.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
