Are your items authentic?
Yes! We know our prices may seem too good to be true, but they really are true. We take pride in selling only authentic items in full and original packaging. You are guaranteed to get the same exact item as you would in a traditional store, but for the fraction of the price. Counterfeit goods are illegal by federal law and we have no tolerance for them. We strive to provide you with the newest brand collections that both look amazing and make you feel amazing too.

I just placed an order. How long until it ships?
Most items are still being shipped within 1-2 days of order, but please be aware that there may be delays of up to 5-7 days to ship in some circumstances (though this is very rare!).
Cutoff times are 1PM EST for same day shipping.

I placed my order for local pick up. What do I do?
Orders can be picked up from our warehouse once they are accepted and marked as ready for pick up. You will receive an email and/or text notification based on your preferences once they are able to picked up. Our typical hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 1-7pm. Please note that any item(s) purchased from our showroom are final sale once you inspect them and accept them.
My item is marked as delivered but I did not receive it. What do I do?
Domestic Customers:
- USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
- Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
- If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. When filing a claim, please fill out return address as:

- Designer Daydream cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!
International Customers:
- Check your door/mailbox for note from your local post office. If you receive a note, it should provide you with the instructions you need to receive your package.
- Contact your local post office and your local customs office. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. Postal services are used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
- Contact us for additional assistance. We cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide using DHL, which is extremely quick and reliable! Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Customs will be pre-paid (if applicable) so no hidden fees once they arrive! Please note that international orders are final sale.
How do you sell for so cheap?
We manage to keep our prices low by buying direct from the brand manufacturer's, and making sure that we are beating any online competitor pricing, even if that means cutting profits.
Our priority is you. We rely on making people happy with affordable prices year round to make sure you can afford whatever you want for both functionality and style without breaking the bank. Growing up, it was basically a hobby of ours to find what we loved on sale so that we could look cute without ever having to pay retail prices on designer items, and we want to give that back to everyone who finds us.
Our goal is to make lifelong relationships, and combining extraordinary service and low prices is our way to make it happen.
Do the eyeglasses frames have prescription in them?
No, all of the eyeglasses frames come with demo lenses. They can be easily switched out for your prescription once taken into your optician or any eyewear store!
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be calculated and added to orders if being shipped to New York or New Jersey.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process an order with your credit card information, but we can help guide you if you have any issues checking out online. Please give us a call or text at (347) 429-0169 if you need any help!
Is my information safe?
Yes. Your personal information is subject to our privacy policy and your credit card information is encrypted and properly protected, both physically and electronically whenever we use it.
What is ShopPay/Affirm/Afterpay?
We offer different payment installment methods at checkout! Depending on the processor, you are able to pay a little at a time while getting your items right away. Please note that these are third-party processing companies, and your APR and any fees incurred would be going to them, not us.
