Returns

Returns are gladly accepted within seven (7) days starting at the day the item was delivered to you.
The item(s) must be in the same unworn condition as they were sent with all original packaging and accessories included. You will be refunded within 1-3 days of the item arriving back to us. If you choose to do an exchange instead, please contact us and it will be arranged easily!
NEW! Self-Service Returns:
Easily access your account with us and have access to your orders using the link at the top of the page or by clicking here. Through your account page, you can submit a return request and have a label quickly sent to your email address used at checkout.
Manual Return Method:
Please contact returns@designerdaydream.com with the name on your order and/or order number for help or to manually initiate a return. A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you within 2 business days. Please note that all domestic returns will have $9.95 deducted from the refund.
Orders placed to any country outside of the United States are considered final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange. Express shipping charges will be deducted from your return if applicable.
Items with a return request after seven (7) days from delivery date will incur a 20% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns after 14 days of item being delivered.
Items returned in used condition or missing original accessories (case, packaging, paperwork) will also be partially refunded depending on the circumstance.
Returns are required to be scanned within seven (7) days of shipping label being sent. Please package and drop off the parcel at your earliest convenience to a USPS location.
Please make sure that item and all accessories to item are included in package. You do not need a return slip, just the return label for your return to be processed quickly.
Items scanned as accepted via tracking number after (7) days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
